End of the season

Hello, dear friends. It has been a long time since my last post. It is the end of the football season in all the top 4 European leagues and I feel obliged , I have to say few words about the Champions an the runners up.

As bettors and fans, most of us , had watched all of the games, been to some of the stadiums and made a lot of bet on all popular and not that popular markets. We have been in all the epicenter and now we are expecting Euro 2016 Finals in France. But lets try to stick to the main line of the post – the top 4 European countries and their Football Championships:

 

  1. England – actually , I like most watching football from Italy , but this season was a great surprise what have happened there on the Albion. One team, who was close to relegation , played several seasons ago in the Championship, had pointed out and left all the competition far behind and far away. Yes , I am talking about Leicester , the foxes . Maybe there is one cunning fox- Claudio Ranieri. He made in Italian way, he created and inspired an army of humble players, who became stars and heroes. Premier League will never be the same 🙂
  2. Italy – “Old segnora” and new title. Napoli was the team , who was the main pretender, but unfortunately the short bench was the losing card for the coach – Maurizio Sarri. Roma were very close and the magic of Toti and his experience, will leave a remarkable sings in our memory. I have to say few words also for one player of the rivals of the ” wolves” – the eagles , Lazio. Miro Close played yesterday his last game and had scored a penalty as well. He is a hero, not just because he is a humble warrior, who was the World record for the most scored goals in World Championships player. He is a hero, because he is a good man, a decent member of the ” old school” players , who never felt or behaved like stars, but whom people and fans will love till the end of their lives.
  3. Spain – a classic clash, became a fight between 3 teams – Barcelona, Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid. Zinedine Zidane had to be earlier put as a coach of the team, but however the title is for Barca and the other two will play in MIlano for the Champions League trophy. Spanish Championship is probably the strongest one in Europe for the last 10 years. Just look what is happening in Europa League tournament, Sevilla are again at the final, but probably Liverpool will “steal” the trophy from them..
  4. Germany –  Bayern , Dortmund and all the rest. When you see the standing after the last games, you fully realize the meaning of my words. Competition is the last word we connect with the Bundesliga. I want to say some words about the Euro games of both teams. The boys of Guardiola, had played a magnificent second game against Juventus, but the same magic and good luck did not appear in the game with the boys of “El Cholo”. The second game of Dortmund against Liverpool, reminded me of the final which LIverpool had against MIlan. They were losing 3-0 and the half time, 3-3 at the final whistle and everyone remembers the penalties and the missed one by Sheva. There is some great atmosphere on Anfield , some magic and fortune that helps the Liverpool team always. Not on the last place, Klopp is the man that can motivates and ant to become a spaceman and  an invader.

  1. Arsenal – Bayern Munich : game that all of us as football fans expect. This is the pearl in the crown. Arsenal had lost both their previous games against  Dynamo Zagreb and Olympiacos in London. This game is the match of the truth for Wenger and his boys. Bayern nowadays I can briefly say that they are the best team in the world, just look what Lewandovski is doing.  In this game I do expect a lot of corners and goals. Both teams are playing open and aggressive football and the fans at Emirates will be astonished by the master players from both teams stars on the pitch. Excluding goals, corners are of great importance for bettors ant players- potential danger and situation for goal . There is a very interesting market offer at William Hill it is called raced to 2 and 3 goals, I think that both team will score at least 2 goals, and the odds are Arsenal– 3.4 and Bayern -2.05. Also the line for over 2,5 goals should be taken without any hesitation (odds for over – 1.57).About the corners ( over 12 – 3,5 is the the odds of WH).
  2. Bayer Leverkusen – Roma : as all of you know I am fan of Roma rivalries – SS Lazio. Unfortunately, my team is not at the place of the wolves , because of the German team. Leverkusen are hell of a good squad. They have discipline and great will to win in every game they pay, no matter of the tourney. First of all, this game is definite over 2.5 goals ( odds 1.73 ). Also as I had watched and followed the last games of both teams it seems to be a draw one( odds 3.4 as per William Hill). If Roma lose this one, their chances to go ahead even in Europa League tournament will be lost. Also I am expecting a lot of cards in this game, when Italian and German teams are playing between each other, it is not only passion it is kind of war and even the air in the stadium is intense and hard to breathe. I think that there will gonna be 5 or 6 cards in the game, which in odds is meaning 4-6 cards – 1.91.
  3. Dynamo Zagreb – Olympiakos : I have been to Zagreb several months ago, it is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and also has one of the most passionate fans. Everyone of you , who is deeply interested in football knows the Bad Blue Boys – respect for them. But his post is not about ultra groups, it is about some predictions and way to win some bucks :). There is a great market in William Hill for this game, over 2,5 goals and between 10-12 corners in the game ( including 10 and 12 ) – the odds is 6.5.  I want Dynamo to win with 2-1 result, but most probably the game will end draw 2-2 ( WH – odds is 3).Let’s hope we will watch a match to remember at Maximir.
  4. Zenith St. Petersburg – Lyon : Saint Petersburg the most beautiful city in Russia and also among the most interesting in the world also has great fans , crazy heads that support their favorite team in every game of every tournament. The most reliable outcome is to take the figure for Zenith ( 1.91 at WH) , on my expectations is also a win with a lost of goal, something like 2-1 for the home squad. Odds which worth to be staked – race to 2 goals for Zenith – 2,25. Also a good value stands behind this market : Zenith to score in both halves – odds is 3 and you know in which bookies, this can be placed as bet.

Weekend predictions

When it is about betting, the time at the end of the week is the most appropriate one to have big winnings , stay in front of the TV, drink beer and support your favorite team. On weekend you feel the “super power” of big punter. It is just because, there are many games from top 5 Championships and the profit and value is sneaking around the corner.

Today I will give you some betting tips of mine. As , we all are part of one big and very dramatic industry, let’s try to stick to some rules and try to capture what belong to us:

  1. Chelsea – Crystal Palace : as per statistics , this game should go to over 2.5 goals as a final result. Mourinho and his boys are obliged to have also the win at the end. Also they will win in both halves.The big name here is Pedro : he can pass, score and give the difference in important games.
  2. Bayern Munich – Bayern Leverkusen : both teams are goal making and hard attacking machines. Leverkusen had beaten Lazio, earlier in the week for Champions League qualification. Bayern are always ready to score and win at any time of the week. My prognosis is for both teams to score and over 3.5 goals in the games and win for the team from Munich : 4-1.
  3. Manchester City – Watford : the squad of Pellegrini had shown great class in the previous game with Chelsea . This season ” the citizens” might have come champions again. I will bet here on -2 asian handicap for the Manchester team, also them to score in both halves. The line for over 2.5 goals is very low, that is why I would pick over 3.25 goals.
  4. Litex Lovech – Beroe : this is a typical Bulgarian derby for teams outside of the capital -Sofia. Usually in games between these two opponenets there are not many goals. On my opinion this one will go under 2.5 goals and the home squad will take the win by one goal.

Outright betting – lack of knowledge or..?

Hello to all. This is an article, which was about to appear long time ago, but I said every time to my self that I am not ready to write it. Now the time has come and let’s try to figure out with mutual efforts this type of betting, which actually is more interesting for the professional punters than to the ordinary bettors.

First of all, in my betting experience I rarely put outright bets. The reason for this is that in football, basketball ( Euroleague and NBA), baseball -seasons are too long and you cannot predict every situation that is about to happen. Most of the people do bet on their favorite team, this is now wring way , but mostly is the mosrt profitable for the bookies. The main clue, the most important reason is to have deep and solid info what is happening with the team on and off the pitch. Usually most memorable and important thing do happen in the Lockers‘ rooms.

I will try to give you some examples with some outright winners , in already finished Championships in Basketball and European football:

1. Real Madrid and its Euroleague title. Real have not won this one for a long period. They were dominating the whole season in Spain and by all reason they finished the season with winning the Euroleague title .

2. Chelsea and the early killed competition in UK , Premier League. Mourinho is type of rare genius, who is eager to win everywhere , everything.Previous season he did not won anything, so the simple logic and the statistical measures do had directed to winning of at least 2 titles, which have happened.

3. Cleveland Cavaliers and the way to the final. This is most probably the event in outright section of bookies , with best turnover. The Lebron mania is something which can be compared with the era of M.Jordan. This product of basketball and marketing is created so , that in order great sales to be made, his current team, could go at least to the final. Congratulations to Stev Kerry and marvelous Warriors, they were just incredible.

4. “Old Segnora” – who had e doubt that they will take the both titles in Italy –Scudetto and Coppa Italia. The good and unexpectedly competition cam from Lazio. The squad from Roma, tried and gave their best to finish third and to try to compete and win against the best in Italy.

5. Zenit Petersburg – the magic from Petersburg. I am very sad for them , because they were very close to eliminate Sevilla in Europa League semi final. Probably one of the best teams in Europa in the last 10 years.It was more than expected , they to be entitled for the Champions in Russia Premier League.

6. Mexico to win the Concacaf –Gold Cup 2015. I had an article which you may read after this one. Meico and USa were the two favorites, but my opinion is that the pressure came too much on the shoulders on Jurgen Klinsmann boys.

7.Bayern– they always win few months before the end of the  season. The only thing they did not win , was the DFB Pokal. With this layers and the amazing trainer – Pep Guardiola, I do have expectations that they can take this year Champions League.
